BC-0445 rAAV-hSyn-DIO-ReaChR-Citrine(Testing Report attached)
Features:This AAV expresses ReaChR-Citrine driven by a neuron CaMKIIα promoter. ReaChR(denoted red-activatable ChR) is a variant of ChR, is optimally excited with orange to red light (λ ∼590-630 nm) . Compared to existing red-shifted ChRs , it improved membrane trafficking,  higher photocurrents and faster kinetics. Citrine is a basic (constitutively fluorescent) yellow fluorescent protein published in 2001, derived from Aequorea victoria, with a Excitation/Emission spectrum around 516nm/529nm. It has moderate acid sensitivity.
Gene/Insert name:ReaChR
Tag/Fusion protein:Citrine
Titer:>1x10^13 VG/mL,>2x10^12 VG/mL
Volume:100μL
