Features：The novel fluorescent protein probe, NEMOs, offers stronger fluorescent signals and more precise quantitative measurement capabilities. It uses the brighter fluorescent protein mNeoGreen (mNG) to replace the widely used cpGFP. Compared to the best genetically encoded calcium indicators (GECIs) available so far, NEMO calcium indicators exhibit significantly higher cellular dynamic range (DR). The DR of NEMOs and NEMOb is at least 4.5 times greater than that of GCaMP6m or NCaMP7, while NEMOm and NEMOc outperform GCaMP6m or NCaMP7 by 9.5 to 25.7 times.
