Brain Case was founded by the brain science research team of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on research in gene vector delivery and application strategies. The company is an industry leader in neurotropic viral vectors (e.g., RV, PRV, HSV, VSV, CAV) and adeno-associated viral vectors (rAAV) for gene therapy and related production systems. It has established a comprehensive GMP production and laboratory platform, offering production and CRO services for AAV, LV, plasmids, and other products.
With years of experience, Brain Case's international client base has grown significantly. To better serve these clients and meet their diverse needs, we are now recruiting the following positions:
(1) Develop marketing strategies and organize online and offline marketing activities, such as industry exhibitions and academic conferences, to support sales channel growth.
(2) Effectively manage the business development team by setting and communicating clear market goals, and providing weekly and monthly guidance to achieve agreed targets.
(3) Build a network of key clients, establish cooperation strategies, and drive the execution of partner projects and activities based on company strategy and business development needs.
(4) Understand client needs, proactively identify and communicate effectively with clients, build long-term, stable relationships, and ensure sales targets are met.
(1) Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (overseas work experience preferred).
(2) Bachelor’s degree or higher with solid professional knowledge and practical experience.
(3) Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude toward listening to others' opinions and suggestions.
(4) Sharp insight and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively analyze and compare market conditions and competitors.
(5) Preferably with a background in global biology or biopharmaceutical industries, and familiar with key overseas markets like the United States and Europe.
Annual salary range of $60,000–$100,000, with specific compensation varying based on skills, experience, and location.
United States, Shenzhen (salary negotiable)
(1) Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including answering client questions, experimental design, optimization, feasibility analysis, and report writing.
(2) Assist the marketing team by providing technical support, writing materials for social media posts, creating content for product brochures, and conducting online and offline training.
(3) Train the sales team on relevant technical aspects.
(4) Collect client and industry needs, feedback internally, and promote R&D and production improvements in products and services.
(5) Communicate promptly with production or sales teams in case of order anomalies.
(6) Able to independently communicate effectively within the company based on sales needs, providing clients with experimental recommendations and collaboration plans.
(1) Background in basic medicine or neurobiology, with a master’s degree or higher (experience in bioengineering or marketing preferred).
(2) With 3+ years of experience in several or all related experiments, including molecular cloning, quantitative PCR, cell experiments, and viral experiments.
(3) Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (overseas work experience preferred).
(4) Preferably with a background in global biology or biopharmaceutical industries, and familiar with key overseas markets like the United States and Europe.
Annual salary range of $70,000–$100,000, with specific compensation varying based on skills, experience, and location.
